Processing Time

Every kit is handmade to order, so please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. We don't keep pre-made inventory — your kit is made fresh, just for you.

Shipping

We ship all orders via standard shipping within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!

We don't currently offer express shipping at checkout. If you need your order by a specific date, reach out to us at kayleeskustomizables@gmail.com before placing your order and we'll let you know if rush shipping is available.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use that to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.

Returns

All sales are final. Because every kit is handmade to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding — this is what keeps everything fresh, handcrafted, and made with care.

If anything arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
