Refund policy
All sales are final. Every kit is handmade to order just for you, which means we can't accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. This is what allows us to keep every piece fresh, handcrafted, and made with care.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Email us at kayleeskustomizables@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected pieces.
Wrong Item Received
We're so sorry if that happens! Reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo and your order number, and we'll get the right item out to you as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because every order goes into production quickly, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Contact us immediately after ordering at kayleeskustomizables@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help if production hasn't started yet.
